About My Art

I want to buy a painting, can I?

If you have seen a piece of art on my social media or website please contact me! This way we can discuss if it is available for sale and a price. If it is not available I can usually make a copy.

Can I commission you?

Absolutely, yes! I enjoy taking commissions both personal and commercial. Please contact me via the in touch page so that we can discuss this further.

Can I use your art?

Please feel free to share my art across social media, all I ask is please credit me by either mentioning my name or tagging my social media or website.

You are not able to use, sample or edit my work for either personal or commercial use without prior permission. Doing so can result in plagiarism. If you would like to use my work please contact me to discuss this further.

What art supplies do you use?

I use artist grade watercolour paint. My favourite brands that I mostly like to use are:

Old Holland
Sennelier
Schmincke
Winsor & Newton
Rembrandt

The paper that I use is Saunders by St. Cuthbert Mill in the UK.

Did you go to art school?

I am a self taught artist. I used free sources such as youtube to help with tips and advice. From there I practiced and painted everything that I could. It’s really important to find something that you like to paint and are passionate about, it makes it more fun and you’re more likely to improve if you enjoy learning how to paint it. Just remember that tools don’t make the artist!

How do you make watercolours?

Do you offer paint making courses/workshops?

I don’t currently offer this service but it is something that I am looking into doing in the future.

What is your binder recipe? Can I have it?

I keep my binder recipe to myself. While this isn’t a high profiled recipe I have spent ages perfecting and I don’t feel like sharing how I got there. If everyone else can make it why would they buy from me?

My binder is 100% vegan. No animal products are used in it. If you are allergic to anything please get in touch.

Are your handmade watercolours for sale?

Yes! You can get them over in my webstore here.

Is colour “x” in available to buy, I can’t see it in your webstore/it says out of stock?

If you cannot see a colour in my webstore or if it says that it is out of stock then it is not available to buy.

I’m interested in a custom order or wholesale.

Please note I will only discuss custom or wholesale orders of a minimum of 20 half pans per colour.
