Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the withdrawal request form below before the end of the withdrawal period. You should include you name, order number an details of the products you wish to return.
Once your request has been received, further instructions will be provided for returning the goods.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods and must be returned without delay no later than 14 days of notification of your request to withdraw.
Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been received in satisfactory condition.
Product Condition
To receive a full refund, products should be returned in their original condition.
For handmade watercolour paints, this means they should be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Once it has been opened or used it’s quality and resale value can no longer be guaranteed. Where a retuned product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or function, any refund may be reduced to reflect the dimiished value of goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by law, including (but not limited to):
- Goods made to you specifications or clearly personalised (i.e commissioned art)
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
- Other products exempt from the right to withdrawal under application consumer protection legislation.
